What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license, a passport (or national ID for Honduran residents), and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. See our full Documents Needed page for details.
Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
Yes, generally 21 — though it can vary by vehicle category. Let us know your age and the car you're interested in when you book and we'll confirm the exact requirement.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
Not always — a valid license from your home country is generally accepted for short-term tourist rentals, but some locations and highway checkpoints may ask for an IDP alongside it, especially if your license isn't in Spanish or English. Bringing one is a safe extra step if you're planning to drive outside the city.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes — all our rentals include basic insurance and unlimited mileage.
Can I pick up the car at one location and return it at another?
Yes, one-way rentals between our branches can be arranged — just let us know your pickup and drop-off locations when you book.
Do you accept debit cards for the security deposit?
We require a valid credit card in the renter's own name for the deposit hold, which is standard practice among rental agencies in Honduras. If you only have a debit card, contact us before booking to discuss your options.
How do I pay for my rental?
Payment is made directly at pickup — we don't require any online prepayment when you book.
Which locations do you operate from?
We have branches at La Ceiba's Golosón Airport, downtown La Ceiba, Roatán's airport, and San Pedro Sula's airport. See our Locations page for addresses and phone numbers.
How do I cancel or change a reservation?
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll help you cancel or adjust your reservation.
Can I pick up my car right at the airport?
Yes — we have counters at La Ceiba (Golosón), Roatán, and San Pedro Sula airports, so your car can be ready when you land.
